We have access to Parker’s core product ranges – the Hyperchill Plus-E (ICEP) and Hyperchill (ICE) range.

The range is versatile with numerous options available delivering full flexibility to meet the exacting cooling needs in all industrial applications.

 

 

Hyperchill Plus-E (ICEP) Range

The Hyperchill Plus-E ICEP range offers a versatile and flexible solution for applications requiring a cooling capacity in the range of 2.9 kW to 120.6 kW.

Extremely compact and easy to use, the Hyperchill Plus-E range is designed for safe and reliable operation in the most varied working conditions, providing a precise and accurate control of the process fluid temperature.

With a non-ferrous hydraulic circuit, chillers in the Hyperchill Plus-E range ensure stable working conditions with maximum quality and cleanliness of the cooling fluid (water, water / glycol mixture, low viscosity fluids), improving the efficiency and productivity of the process and greatly reducing maintenance costs and plant downtime.

 

Hyperchill Plus-E (ICEP) customer benefits

  • Low GWP R513A refrigerant with a GWP of 573, whilst still remaining within the A1 (low toxicity / non-flammable) safety classification and therefore being suitable for being installed inside or outside without the need for additional risk assessments that A2L to A3 chiller units require.
  • With the options of no pump, or integral 1.5, 3 and 5 bar pumps, we can ensure that a solution can be achieved for any process application pressure requirement.
  • A differential pressure switch ensures a system shut down in the case that the circuit runs dry, protecting the customers investment.
  • With its compact design, the Hyperchill Plus-E provides a space saving and easy to install solution.
  • Condenser filters reduce dirt preventing system downtime.
  • Reliable operation even in extreme ambient conditions. The standard units allow maximum ambient temperatures up to 48 °C and tropicalised units are available upon request.
  • The non-ferrous hydraulic circuit maintains the quality of the coolant ensuring stable working conditions, improving productivity, and decreasing maintenance costs.

Hyperchill (ICE) Range

Parker’s Hyperchill ICE chiller range is known across the industry to be compact and easy to use, while ensuring an accurate control of water temperature.

The Hyperchill range offers a versatile and flexible solution for applications requiring a cooling capacity in the range of 149.2 kW to 360 kW.

With a hydraulic circuit including a water tank, immersed evaporator, and pump with bypass, it provides an easy to install complete solution and is designed to be easily serviced.

All models have remote monitoring available, and the electronic controllers provide access and management to all the parameters of the units.

  • With the same robust Hyperchill design that our customers have come to expect.
  • UL approval.
  • Models from 9336 BTU/h (3kW) up to 648981 BTU/h (190kW) nominal cooling capacity are available.
