You may have noticed something different about us… As we’re celebrating our 25th anniversary in 2018, we fancied a change to our image! Our original branding was developed way back in 1993, so we wanted an update to reflect how we feel we’ve grown and developed as a company.
We went from this...
The old logo was developed because Direct Air & Pipework needed a visual identity. It has done a very good job for 25 years, not too bad for a 30 minute sketch!
...to this!
We developed the new branding by working closely with the creative team at Wider to brainstorm what we wanted to achieve from the rebranding, as the strategy had to align with our long-term plans.
Allan Dolby, Managing Director, commented on the process:
“I am extremely pleased with the new branding which I think provides a more modern image for the business. The old logo served us well but after 25 years it was time for a change and already we have had some excellent feedback from customers and suppliers alike.”
Another major part of our rebranding project was to update our digital presence in line with our new brand guidelines, including our website.
Emma Dolby, Website and Marketing Manager, explains:
“A company’s website is now often the first impression many customers will have of your services and professionalism. When I joined the company last year, I wanted to transfer our reputation for excellent customer service and technical expertise to our online presence.”
“Working with James and Jonny at Wider has truly brought my vision of the customer-focused website to life, as their ability to develop my bespoke requests never faltered including our compressor search.”
“And the superb photography by James Bastable of our teams at work really is the icing on the cake for our modern and usability focused website.”
As we continue to grow, our new look brand identity and digital presence will develop with us.
